Crafted by master artisans skilled in the art of Itajime Shibori, this beautiful silk statement scarf features a stunning tie-dye design in shades of pink, charcoal and beige. Floaty and lightweight, its fluid texture and super soft habotai fabric is so gente against the skin, it’s a joy to wear.

Hand finished edges, fluid texture , rectangular scarf.

Please note the colour of the scarf is more true to the flat lay pictures than the model image.

Material & Care: 100% silk. Gentle hand wash separately in mild detergent and cold water. Do not soak. Drip dry in shade. Alternatively dry clean.

Story

Itajime is a technique of Shibori resist dyeing which uses pieces of wood clamped around sections of folded fabric to resist the dye in particular shapes. Celebrating the beautiful art of Japanese Itajime, this collection has been created by two of India’s respected Master Artisans. Each scarf has been folded, individually clamped and resist-dyed in striped shapes. Hand finished edges.
